  • What is JSW Heroes Club?

JSW Heroes Club is a special programme for JSW masons and contractors. As a part of the JSW family, masons and contractors can earn points and redeem them for exciting rewards like LEDs, mobile phones , laptops, etc. They will also get the opportunity to participate in various contests.

  • How does a mason or contractor become a JSW Heroes Club member?

A mason/contractor is eligible to become a JSW Heroes Club member only if he is having his Heroes Club ID. To qualify for membership, Masons/ Contractors need to fill up and sign the enrolment forms which shall be made available to them, as a sign of willingness to join the programme and acceptance of the program’s Terms and Conditions.

  • Is there a membership fee for joining JSW Heroes Club program?

No, JSW does not charge any membership fee to join the Heroes Club Program.

  • How does a Member earn points?

A Member’s points are an indicator of his performance. The more purchases a Member makes from JSW, the more points he will earn. To facilitate points earning, members will be provided with several opportunities scattered through the year.

  • How can a Member find out his total points earned?

To help Members monitor their progress JSW Points Statement may be accessed on the website. The Member can also find out his updated points balance by calling the helpline number and through monthly SMS

  • What can a Member do with the points he has earned? 

The Member can redeem his points in exchange for exciting rewards ranging from automobiles, jewellery and electronic gadgets. To redeem these rewards Members will have to call the call centre or visit the website or fill up the redemption form that will be provided by JSW to them along with the redemption catalogue

  • Where will the rewards be delivered?

The Member will receive his reward/s (i.e. the reward vouchers and physical rewards) at the address which has been provided by him in the Enrolment Form. In case the Member wishes to change his address, he will have to send in a request to call centre helpdesk. Once the change has been validated by JSW, the new address provided by the Member will be updated in the system.

Redemption window cycle- January, April, July and October

  • Can a Member buy points to get bigger rewards?

No. Additionally, a Member cannot combine his points with another Member’s points.

  • How can a Member retrieve his password?

In case the Member forgets his password, he can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page. He would then have to enter his Member ID (Heroes Club ID) and the mobile number he has registered with in the Heroes Club   Enrolment Form. Once he submits the same, he will receive an SMS on the respective mobile number with his new password.

  • How can a Member contact JSW Heroes Club?

  • Can a Member change the Firm Name or Owner’s Name?

Yes. However, in such a case, the concerned authorised signatory needs to provide relevant documents to JSW within 30 days of name change, so as to ensure enrolment of new entity into the program and transfer of points to the same. Documents to prove name change will be those that were legally filed by the Mason/ Contractor entity to register the name change.
